Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to another customer. Cancellations or no-shows will not result in a refund; however, the amount paid will be credited toward a future service of equal or lesser value of your choice. Credits must be used within the same season or service cycle unless otherwise approved by management. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation—our goal is to ensure every customer receives the best possible experience and opportunity to train with us.
